Wilson Utility Helicopters entered a new chapter in 2025 when Quanta Services acquired Wilson Construction Company and its subsidiaries—Cougar Construction and Wilson Utility Helicopters—after decades of being privately held by the Wilson family. This decision was made with the best interests of employees, the Wilson family, and the long-term future of the company in mind. The acquisition will propel Wilson forward with greater growth opportunities and many more years of success, all while upholding the values established 73 years ago.
